  1. TC Entertainment NV is licensed in Curacao by the Curacao egaming authority to accept bets over the internet on the website found at 'www.vdcasino.com'.
  2. A member is a person who is 18 years or older who has an account (“Betting Account”) with VDCasino. Members are responsible for ensuring that their personal information such as address, telephone number, email address and payment/bank details are kept up to date. Members are responsible for notifying VDCasino immediately upon personal details expiring or being incorrect. Should any personal or contact information be deliberately falsified upon or after registration, VDCasino reserves the right to suspend the account until the correct information is verified with the Account.

A Member undertakes to VDCasino to keep VDCasino informed at all times of any matter which comes to the Member's attention from which it might reasonably be concluded that Member is or might be suffering from any issues including but not restricted to mental impairment which might affect the ability to make sound judgments about betting or the utilization of credit (if credit has been provided by VDCasino).
  4. Where a prospective applicant's membership application form has been accepted by VDCasino, VDCasino will notify the prospective applicant that he/she has been accepted as a Member. The Member must then comply with conditions 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 of the Terms and Conditions to VDCasino satisfaction to fully activate a Betting Account and withdraw funds.

Provided that conditions 16,17,18 and 19 have been complied with to VDCasino satisfaction, the Member will then be required to choose a password (“Password”) and a preferred logon ID (“Username”). The Member will be required to use his/her Password and Username each time the Member logs on to the VDCasino website located at www.vdcasino.com (“Site”). It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that he/she keeps his/her logon ID and Password confidential.
  6. Provided that conditions 16,17,18 and 19 have been complied with to VDCasino's satisfaction, the Member will then be required to choose a password (“Password”) and a preferred logon name (“User ID”). The Member will be required to use his/her Password and User ID each time the Member logs on to the VDCasino website located at www.vdcasino.com (“Site”). It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that he/she keeps his/her User ID and Password confidential.
  7. In the event where the Member has failed to comply with conditions 16, 17 and 18 within 90 days of placing their first wager or depositing funds for the first time, VDCasino shall suspend the account until such conditions of membership have been satisfied.
  8. In the event that a Member is concerned that his/her User ID and Password have been compromised or there has been unauthorised use of his/her Password or User ID, VDCasino must be notified immediately and VDCasino may in its sole discretion give the Member a new User ID and arrange for the Member to choose a new Password.
  9. Where VDCasino chooses to issue a new Username/Logon ID to a Member and upon the Member's new Password becoming operational, VDCasino reserves the right to invalidate any future transactions, from the date VDCasino utilising a Member's previous Username/Logon ID and Password.
  10. In accordance with our bonus rules; Max 25 times of bonus amount is allowed to be withdrawn.
  11. Members will be responsible for all wagers in which their Username/Logon ID and Password are used for any activity on their Betting Account unless they have notified VDCasino otherwise in accordance with condition 8.
  12. Any wager made via the internet where a Member's Username/Logon ID and Password have been used, will be regarded by VDCasino as being valid including all transactions conducted by a third party using a Member's Password and Username/Logon ID, whether or not a Member has disclosed his/her Password or Username/logon ID, to that third party either intentionally or through carelessness.
  13. VDCasino reserves the right to decline or limit any wager without giving reason at any time if one or more of the following take place
    1. Member is less than 18 years of age;
    2. a Member is betting on behalf of a person who is less than 18 years of age and/or;
    3. a Member has not acted in good faith in its dealings with VDCasino;
    4. a Member is in breach of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”);
    5. a Member is in breach of any applicable law.
    6. The members wager would present an unacceptable liability risk to the business. Subject to rule 32 Incorrect Betting and General Information, levels of applicable risk are determined at VDCasino sole discretion and is non-negotiable
  14. 13. VDCasino reserves the right to close and or restrict a Member's Betting Account and refund the balance of his/her Betting Account, without further explanation. In this event, outstanding bets will be honoured, unless the Members Betting Account has been used for any fraudulent transaction or purpose where outstanding wagers will be void.
    1. While every effort will be made to accommodate our clients, VDCasino reserves the right to refuse or restrict member accounts from betting on selected VDCasino betting products. VDCasino is not required to state or provide an reason for refusing or declining to accept any bets.

    6. VDCasino reserves the right to waive Rule 13.2 should the customer be restricted in stake whilst placing a bet, a genuine error is made during a transaction, or any other valid reason, decided on at VDCasino discretion.
    7. VDCasino must comply with AML/CTF legislation. Should a deposit or withdrawal be considered potentially fraudulent, VDCasino reserve the right to request proof of deposit or withdrawal bank account information to verify that the information given was true and correct prior to permitting funds to be withdrawn from the account.
    8. VDCasino do not allow 3rd party bank account holders or credit card holders to transact on an account that has not been registered in their name. Account holders must use their own or joint deposit and withdrawal methods. VDCasino reserve the right to suspend any accounts with 3rd party payment details and will request confirmation of permitted use from that 3rd party prior to reopening the affected account and allowing continued transactions.

VDCasino reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and the VDCasino betting rules (“Betting Rules”) and the VDCasino Privacy Policy, located on the Site and will post such changes on the Site.   17. VDCasino is required by law to verify Member's identification within 90 days of the Member placing their first wager or depositing funds for the first time.     1. a recent (3 months old or less) rates notice; or
    2. a recent (3 months old or less) utility bill; or
    3. a recent (3 months old or less) financial institution statement

If a credit card is to be used to fund a Member's Betting Account, legible copies of the front of the card/s with which the Member chooses to fund his/her Betting Account must be provided to VDCasino for its approval. VDCasino reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse to accept a credit card/s including but not limited to circumstances where the credit card is dishonoured. Credit cards used to fund a Members Betting Account must match the registered Members details. Credit cards with a name other than that which is registered with VDCasino will be refused and the account suspended until proof of consent is provided by the 3rd party cardholder. VDCasino reserves the right to request a copy of both sides of the credit card/s registered on the account at any time.
    1. VDCasino reserves the right to place limits on deposits and restrict withdrawals on any member account until such time as the Credit or Debit card has been verified in accordance with condition.

If a Member has been paid winnings or received funds from VDCasino in error, VDCasino shall be entitled to seek repayment of incorrectly paid funds and will provide supporting documentary evidence to prove that the amount to be repaid is correct. In such occurrences members will be notified by email of the error and any amount payable. VDCasino make request documents from the member to assist in investigate such errors.
    1. If a race or sport event has commenced or been completed and the VDCasino website permits a Member to place a wager and the Member is paid winnings from this wager and withdraws those winnings from their VDCasino account, the Member accepts VDCasino will reverse payment of the winnings paid in error.
    2. If a Member has received funds from VDCasino due to an administrative error, such as a misappropriated deposit intended for a different Member's account, and the Member who received these funds in error withdraws those funds from their VDCasino account, a Member accepts VDCasino will reverse repayment of the money.
  27. VDCasino has made considerable efforts to ensure that its sports betting business operates in a fair, prompt and accurate manner. To the extent permitted by law (and only to such an extent) , VDCasino excludes all warranties (express or implied) relating to its sports betting business and shall not have any liability for direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, expense or injury suffered by any Member arising out of:
    1. the Terms and Conditions;
    2. use by a Member of his/her Betting Account;
    3. any action taken by VDCasino in relation to a Member's Betting Account.
  28. Subject to condition 24, VDCasino liability in respect of any claim or loss shall be limited in amount to the relevant bet placed by a Member.
  29. All bets are considered to be placed and received in the Curacao.
  30. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions, if VDCasino publishes, posts or quotes any incorrect betting information for any sporting event (other than racing), such as posting wrong odds/dividends or lines, then regardless of the cause of such error:
    1. If an error is identified before, during or after an event, the Member whose has bet on that event and which has been confirmed by VDCasino the bet/s may be void and the Member will be notified.
    2. If VDCasino can demonstrate that the error was manifest or obvious, or that the Member otherwise should reasonably have been aware of the error when the bet was placed, all bets shall be void.
    3. Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in these rules, if VDCasino publishes, posts or quotes any incorrect betting information for any thoroughbred, harness or greyhound racing event, such as posting wrong odds/dividends, then regardless of the cause of such error all bets will be made void subject to rule 32 Incorrect Betting and General Information.
  31. VDCasino does not warrant that participation by a Member in placing bets or wagers complies with the legal requirements of any state or country other than Curacao. Members must satisfy themselves (and assume full responsibility for) the legality of:
    1. applying to VDCasino for a Betting Account;
    2. remitting funds by credit card or other permitted means to a Betting Account held with VDCasino
    3. placement of bets or wagers with VDCasino and;
    4. receiving winnings from VDCasino
  32. VDCasino does not accept wagers from a number of territories. A full list is available here.

  33. A Member may only have one VDCasino account. If a Member has permission from VDCasino to open additional VDCasino Account(s), then the account balances of all associated VDCasino Accounts shall be transferred into the first VDCasino Account opened by the Member and;
    1. If, after such transfers the first opened VDCasino account has a debit balance, then VDCasino shall be entitled to receive payment immediately upon written request to the Member to clear the debit balance
    2. If a Member receives a bonus that requires a deposit to be made to claim the bonus, the deposit and the bonus must be bet with or turned over once. VDCasino reserves the right to remove the bonus and refund the remaining balance should a Member be in breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or the terms and conditions of the specific bonus.   34. VDCasino reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any wager based on bet type, event or venue.
  35. The minimum bet on the Internet is 1 euro. Live betting or in running sporting events require the minimum bet amount to be 1 euro.
  36. VDCasino shall make a record of all telephone discussions with Members when Members is making a query or lodging a dispute on their Betting Account. The Member acknowledges this and agrees to such recordings being made and, where a dispute occurs which cannot be resolved by VDCasino, the Member agrees that the relevant recording(s) and/or any records of a Member's transactions via the Internet may be made available to the regulatory authority to enable the dispute to be determined in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
    1. All communication made between members and VDCasino whether by electronic mail, live chat or telephone may be recorded for training and quality purposes.
  37. In the event a wager being placed is interrupted for any reason prior to the wager being confirmed, are deemed not to have been entered into. In such circumstances, it is the responsibility of the Member to contact VDCasino promptly to ascertain the status of the transactions.
  38. If any dispute cannot be settled satisfactorily between VDCasino and the Member, the matter shall be referred to a representative of the Curacao Egaming Authority (CURACAO EGAMING AUTHORITY)). Any disputes can be referred to the Commission at [email protected] for final determination and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. The dispute must be lodged within 14 days of the end of the sporting event for which the bet was made. The decision of the CURACAO EGAMING AUTHORITY is final, and binding on both parties.
  39. Members are unable to cancel or change a wager once the wager has been placed and the acceptance confirmed by receiving a confirmation number online
  40. VDCasino do not permit persons under the age of 18 to hold an account under any circumstances. If minors have access to the computer that a Member uses to log into their 'Betting Account', VDCasino strongly advise that a child protection software package is downloaded and installed onto that computer. Two such software applications are Cyber Patrol and Net Nanny.
  41. VDCasino products and bet types are intended for bona fide Members, that is those Members who act in good faith, sincere, without fraud, who place a bet with VDCasino for the purpose of recreation and entertainment.
  42. VDCasino reserves the right to cancel, change or restrict the products or bet types at any time without notice.
    1. VDCasino reserves the right to cancel, or recalculate a stake investment (wager) made by a Member at any time without notice under circumstances where a Member has received funds in error per Rule 27 and invested those funds on a wager or multiple wagers for an event or multiple events yet to commence. In circumstances where a Member has invested an amount of money on wagers that is greater than the total amount of money owing to VDCasino per Rule 27 for an event or multiple events yet to commence, VDCasino will contact the Member by telephone and/or email to mutually agree the recalculation value and/or wager cancellation arrangements prior to the event commencing. If VDCasino cannot contact the Member prior to the commencement of the event, VDCasino may at its discretion let the wagers stand, or cancel wagers and/or recalculate the stake investment of a wager or multiple wagers to recover funds in accordance with Rule 27.
  43. Where a Member has opened a Members Betting Account with VDCasino, VDCasino reserves the right to provide Curacao governing bodies, upon their request, with:
    1. records or documents in the possession or control of VDCasino (excluding bank account details, credit card details and government identifiers) relating to betting transactions of the Member; and;
    2. the names, contact details and similar identifying information in the possession or control of VDCasino relating to Members who have entered into betting transaction(s).
  44. Such information will only be provided to assist in a legitimate inquiry conducted by the Curacao governing sporting body to maintain the integrity of the sport.
  45. For the avoidance of doubt, the Member consents to VDCasino providing the above information to an Curacao Governing sporting body.
  46. “Curacao governing bodies” means organisations of the Curacao government that are required by law to access information to assist in the investigation of legal or financial matters relating to a member.
  47. The decisions of Management are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  48. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Curacao and each Member irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Curacao Courts in respect of any dispute or matter arising from or out of these Terms and Conditions.
  49. The relevant regulatory authority is the CURACAO EGAMING AUTHORITY or such other authority authorised by the laws of the Curacao for that purpose.
  50. Live Bets
    1. The event scores and other statistics given in live bets are just for informing the customer. VDCasino does not have any liability on those results strict accuracy.
    2. Single or Multiple bets, customers can not cancel a betting ticket that contains a live bet.
    3. In live betting, if odds are clearly favoring a side due to a problem or if a faulty betting option is left open due to a problem, VDCasino reserves the right to claim those bets void. (Example: Match score is 3-0 and still the above / below 2.5 goals betting option is available.)
    4. VDCasino reserves the right to void, close, cancel or suspend live bets due to a TV broadcast fault or accident. During a live event, the closed or suspended bet can be re-opened or not according to the live bet operator.
    5. VDCasino is very strict on respecting its live bet program. However, due to a possible technical problem, a live event can be canceled or removed from the program before or during the live event.
  51. Live Results
    1. The event scores and other statistics given in live bets are just for informing the customer. VDCasino does not have any liability on those results strict accuracy.
    2. Due to technical problems, there may be delays and errors on the live results. For which VDCasino does not have any liability.
  52. Live Stream
    1. The copyrights for live streamed events belong to VDCasino
    2. If the live stream is found to be illegaly used by a customer, VDCasino reserves the right to terminate that customer's (member) account and the live stream copyright violation act can lead to legal prosecution.
    3. VDCasino reserves the right to set rules for viewing the live streamed events.
    4. A minimum bet value to watch the live stream of an event can be set by VDCasino. That minimum value should be clearly indicated to the customer before the event.
  53. Virtual Sports
    1. Virtual Sports are a computer generated presentation of a random number draw result, in which the first number generated decides which runner wins the race, which ones are placed etc.
    2. There are seven Virtual Sports namely, Virtual Horse Racing, Virtual Greyhounds, Virtual Football, Virtual Motor Racing, Virtual Speedway, Virtual Tennis and Virtual Football.
    3. All betting on Virtual Sports follow the same rules as the real sports they represent (i.e. Virtual Horse Racing follows Horse Racing etc). Please see the standard VDCasino betting rules for details.
    4. In the event of a computer, electrical or any other malfunction any virtual race or event will be void and your stake returned.
